No, absolutely not. We will talk you through every step of the process and take care of all of the technical bits for you. 

Yes. Websites need regular maintenance to keep them running smoothly. Core updates, theme updates, server updates and plugin updates need to be run regularly to ensure vulnerabilities are kept to a minimum. A good maintenance plan alongside a comprehensive backup schedule will keep your website running smoothly. 

By hosting with us, we can ensure you have the best hosting option specific to you and your website, taking into account the resources it requires to function optimally. We can also ensure that no other developers have access to your database or files via hosting making the website more secure and less likely to be hacked. This will save you money long term.

When we build your website, we utilise premium software which is licenced to us. Most of this software costs an annual fee to maintain which we absorb for you as part of our maintenance plan. Should you wish to leave No Bull Websites you will need to source licences for the software to ensure your website continues to receive critical updates.

If No Bull Websites are hosting your DNS records we’ll happily add any records needed at your request. This is common if setting up business email for your domain or similar. Just shoot us an email and it will be done!

Simply send us your WordPress login details and we’ll do the rest! We don’t just host “any” website for security reasons. Your website will undergo a malware scan and will be fully patched and updated before being moved to our server. Any software licences that may be required to update your site will be at your cost. This is only in the rare event that we do not already hold a licence for that specific software or equivalent. 

We don’t use cPanel for various reasons, and we don’t provide server or file access for security reasons. In the unlikely event that you need this level of access to your files only, please contact us to discuss.  

We don’t offer business email on these hosting plans for the simple reason…Microsoft do it better. 

Setup, accessing your emails from any device or online, enterprise level spam protection…it’s all easier and better with Microsoft Exchange. I told you, we’re honest.
